With every government handout, there's always a blow in cowboy that just wants to rip and run. If you are thinking about using a phone call plumber, BEWARE, this is an example of what we were called to this week. The client has been trying to get the work rectified for months, neither the plumber of the Rebate provider will come back, stay clear of the "FREE" hot water, it'll cost you in the long run.

If you are operating under the NSW Government, please note:
Major rule changes coming to the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme rule, please refer to the below email from the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
The changes to water heaters include:
• limiting the commercial water heater activity to larger units that cannot receive Small Scale Renewable Energy Scheme incentives
This rule change will now mean that any water heater systems under 425 Lites will no longer be eligible under the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme and therefore create zero PRC certificates.
25ltr hot water units being swapped for 180lt units is not good for the environment !
